According to my "First Year School Book of Home Brewing" Malcolm and I, whilst living opposite each other in Koraha Street, between January 1991 and August 1992 we brewed and closely documented 28 different batches of 16 different beers each producing a mixture of around 30 large and small bottles. Whilst future beers were fermenting under our respective houses, we would expertly taste and grade past efforts in my "Record Room" - a converted garage at the back of my house. Many splendid hours were spent discussing and recording the great (and sometimes not so great) qualities of our output whilst listening to Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis Presley amongst others.
